Every signer reviews and accepts an ESIGN consent disclosure before signing. They type their full name to confirm intent. IP, user-agent, and timestamps are captured for every step. The signed document carries the full audit trail and a SHA-256 document hash.

Each recipient receives a unique one-time tokenized link by email. Links are consumed on first use, so a forwarded link can't be used by anyone else. Sent documents auto-expire after 30 days if not yet completed.
