About DocuDomain

DocuDomain is a simple, modern e-signature platform built for businesses that need to send and collect signatures without the cost or complexity of enterprise platforms.

Our mission

We started DocuDomain because the e-signature market had become bloated, expensive, and confusing. Per-seat subscriptions, mandatory annual contracts, surprise overage fees — none of that serves the small and mid-sized businesses that just need to get a contract signed and move on. We built DocuDomain to do one thing well: send documents, collect signatures, deliver a tamper-evident signed PDF. No subscriptions. Pay for what you use.

Built on AWS

DocuDomain runs on Amazon Web Services. Document blobs live in S3 with versioning and KMS encryption. Saved signatures are envelope-encrypted with KMS-managed keys. The platform is hosted in US data centers and is built to be compliant with the US ESIGN Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).

US-based, US-compliant

DocuDomain launches in the US, Canada, and Mexico, with the full interface available in English and Spanish. Our legal compliance posture targets US ESIGN and UETA — signer intent confirmation, ESIGN consent disclosures, audit trails with IP and user-agent capture, Certificates of Completion appended to every signed document.
